The service is offered on a subscription basis for a fee (the "Subscription"). The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. By purchasing the trial or the subscription, you agree that the applicable subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period and on each subsequent renewal date, at the then current subscription price. The subscription period is one month (a period of 28 to 31 days).
All prices applicable to you are shown on the payment page; please read the payment page carefully before purchasing. We may charge the fees in a single transaction or in several separate transactions.
Payment is charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase on the payment page. You authorise us (or our third-party payment service provider Stripe) to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you provided on each renewal date until you cancel your subscription.
You authorise TranslatePDF AI to provide your payment data to the payment service provider for the purpose of processing your payments. Your credit or debit card issuer may charge you currency conversion fees and other fees for processing your payments.
We offer a paid 7-day trial of the service. The trial costs a one-off €0.95 incl. VAT, charged immediately upon signup.
If you do not cancel your trial during the 7-day trial period, you will automatically be charged the full subscription fee of €42.00 incl. VAT per month at the end of the trial period. The subscription includes 25 translations per billing period. Unused translations expire at the end of each billing period.
From time to time we may also offer discounted promotions that automatically renew at the full, non-discounted price once the promotional period ends.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription as follows:
You are responsible for all subscription fees (plus any taxes and other charges) incurred during the current subscription period. If you cancel, you retain the right to use the service until the end of your current subscription period; access then ends without further charges.
We may cancel your subscription if you fail to pay, breach the Terms of Service, or for any other material reason at our reasonable discretion.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal instructions and model withdrawal form can be found on the Right of withdrawal page.
For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance and you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period (§ 356(5) German Civil Code). You give this consent at checkout and by using the first translation during the trial period.
Apart from that, no pro-rata refund is granted – not even for unused translations – to the extent permitted by law. Credit from packs is valid for 24 months from purchase and expires without replacement thereafter. Any promotional credit deposited by TranslatePDF AI into customer accounts for use on website features remains the property of TranslatePDF AI and is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the website or in an email.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if you have breached any provision of the Terms of Service.
We may adjust the monthly subscription price with at least six weeks' notice by email before the next billing period. If you do not object to the price adjustment before it takes effect, it is deemed accepted; this will be pointed out in the notice. If you object, the subscription ends at the end of the current period.
Provision of the service requires a permanently valid payment method. If a recurring charge fails, we are entitled to suspend access until payment is received, without giving rise to any claim for refund, extension or compensation.
