In a contract, structure is content
Every clause in a contract refers to other numbers and paragraphs. If a translation shifts the outline, cross references stop matching and the text becomes unusable.
Numbering, indentation, paragraph structure, annex lists and the signature block are therefore carried over 1:1. Only the clause text is translated, in the context of the whole document rather than sentence by sentence.
