What matters with certificates
A certificate lives on its structure: grade tables with subjects and scores, the institution's letterhead, seals, stamps and signatures. A plain text translation drops exactly those elements, and without them a university or employer barely recognises the document.
In layout mode the table keeps all rows and columns, seals and signatures are preserved as images, and only the labels are translated. Numbers, grades and dates stay untouched and are never converted into another grading system.
Important: the result is a machine translation with an additional AI review pass, not a sworn or certified translation. If an authority explicitly requires certification, you will still need a sworn version. For applications, internal records, pre-checks and everyday use the result is usually enough.
FAQ
- Will universities accept this translation?
- That depends on the institution. Many accept a clear translation alongside the original. If certification is explicitly required, you will also need a sworn version.
- Is the layout really preserved?
- In layout mode every page is rebuilt: same font sizes, tables, columns, colors, images, stamps and signatures. Only the text changes.
- Does it work with scanned pages?
- Yes. OCR reads the text from scans, phone photos and image-based PDFs before translating.
- What does a translation cost?
- €0.95 per document. For several documents there are cheaper credit packs.
- What happens to my file?
- Files are transferred encrypted, processed inside the EU and deleted automatically after 30 days.
