When you present a German document abroad, the content alone is not enough. The other side recognises a certificate, an invoice or a contract by its structure. A wall of text without letterhead, table and signature reads like a different document.
That is why every page is rebuilt faithfully in layout mode. English text is usually shorter than German, so the result normally fits very cleanly.
Important: the result is a machine translation with an additional AI review pass, not a sworn or certified translation. If an authority explicitly requires certification, you will still need a sworn version. For applications, internal records, pre-checks and everyday use the result is usually enough.
